The health and safety of all students is established when students remain home when they are sick. We appreciate your cooperation and support in following health guidelines for when to keep students home from school. Information related to common illnesses impacting students is detailed in "When to Keep My Child Home". Please contact your school nurse prior to sending your child to school, if you have any questions.

All students are required to comply with state mandated physical examination requirements to attend school. Please refer to grade specific physical examination requirements below. All new students are required to complete the UHC Physical Examination Form.
